The game crashes, loading freezes or goes very slowly.
You are probably using one of the older iOS platform devices. The game is compatible with all devices starting with iPhone 4S and 2nd generation iPad, although it is possible for problems to occur due to lack of memory. Turn your device off and on again by holding the power button and run the game again. If the problem persists please fill out the support form informing us about your device, game version and the nature of your problem. We will be glad to help!
I am stuck and do not know how to move forward in-game.
If you do not know what to do to continue, you can you use the built-in hint system accessible from the top left corner of the screen. The HINT icon will only appear after some time. In most cases the first hint is very general; more specific hints about the next step will become available later. If no hints are showing, please check the setting screen and make sure that the hints are turned on.
I want to play the game, but do not own iPhone nor iPad.
When will the game be available on my device?
